Rylee is a full-time college student pursuing her degree in Real Estate, bringing both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to her role as Client Care Coordinator. She manages and inputs multiple residential listings each week into MLS with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and compelling property descriptions that highlight each home’s best features. She plans and executes strategic marketing, creating branded graphics, and videos, designed to maximize exposure, and engagement. She is also the primary point of contact for showing feedback, personally reaching out to agents after each showing. With a natural eye for interior design, she conducts in-home staging walkthroughs, implements light staging adjustments, and helps oversee virtual staging to ensure every home shows at its absolute best.
